Sara Simms ft. JEI - 'Finally' OUT

‘Finally’ is Sara Simms’ latest venture into the world of techno. Her new single features Miami’s JEI on vocals, best known for her work on Intruder’s (Oscar G and Ralph Falcon) “Amame”, released on Ministry of Sound and Defected Records.

Finally combines together driving techno rhythms and a deep, rumbling bass line that are balanced by JEI’s vocals.

‘Finally’ was produced by Sara Simms and John La Magna, a Juno-award winning producer who’s worked with DJ Dan, Donald Glaude, Jelo, Shad and Lights. From a lyrical perspective, ‘Finally’ alludes to a love story when JEI expresses that someone is finally in her life.

Even the rose on the cover of this single (hand-drawn by Sara’s sister Melle Oh) hints at romanticism, bringing a new theme to techno.

Best known for her techno sets and turntablism skills, Sara makes her mark in music by crafting diverse sets created by multi-deck mixing.

She's played sets for Allen and Heath's live broadcast at ADE and Miami Music Week, at Charivari Detroit, on Detroit's 313.FM, at Techno Taco Tuesday for MNTRA in Las Vegas and has toured through the UK with Mixed In Key.

She's founded her own label, Simmetry Sounds to release original productions and collaborations. Sara's career highlights include: playing at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, having one of her tracks chosen as the 'Song of the Week' on CBC Radio in Canada and playing at AIR (Tokyo).

Fading is the seventh release on Simmetry Sounds and will be out on all digital platforms including Spotify, Beatport and iTunes on May 1 2020.
